For Creators

How do I become a creator on PrimaFans?
Click the "Become a Creator" button on our homepage and complete the registration process. You'll need to provide valid identification to become verified, payment details for receiving earnings, and agree to our creator terms. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours.​ You can also have an unverified account if you wish to.

What content can I post?
PrimaFans supports various content types including photos, videos, audio, text posts, and live streams. You have complete control over what you share with your audience. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines and applicable laws.​

How much can I earn?
Creators keep up to 95% of their earnings from subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and messages. This is one of the highest creator payouts in the industry, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your work.​

For Fans

How do I subscribe to a creator?
Browse our creator directory, find someone you love, and click "Subscribe" on their profile. Choose your subscription tier if multiple options are available, enter your payment details, and you're all set. You'll gain immediate access to their exclusive content.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to protect all financial transactions. Your payment details are never shared with creators or stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you have full control over your subscriptions. Visit your account settings, navigate to "Active Subscriptions," and cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.


Account Management

Profile & Settings

How do I update my profile information?
Go to Settings > Profile and edit your display name, bio, profile picture, and cover photo. Creators can also add social media links and set their subscription prices here.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. For security reasons, the link expires after 24 hours.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Navigate to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. We highly recommend enabling 2FA to add an extra layer of protection to your account, especially for creators managing earnings.

Privacy & Blocking

Can I block users?
Yes. Visit the user's profile, click the three-dot menu, and select "Block User." Blocked users cannot view your content, send you messages, or interact with your posts.

How do I make my profile private?
Creators can control content visibility through Settings > Privacy. Set content to subscribers-only, adjust who can message you, and control comment permissions on individual posts.


Payments & Earnings

For Creators

When do I receive my earnings?
Payouts are processed weekly or bi-weekly depending on your settings. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Navigate to Settings > Payments to view your earnings dashboard and upcoming payout schedule.

What payment methods do you support for payouts?
We support Revolut Wallet and select cryptocurrency options. Processing times vary by method: revolut transfers take 3-5 business days, crypto wallet is 1-2 business days. Delays may occur.

Are there any fees I should know about?
PrimaFans takes up to 5% of your earnings (meaning you keep 95%). Payment processor fees may apply depending on your chosen payout method. All fees are clearly displayed in your earnings breakdown.​

How do I set my subscription price?
Go to Settings > Subscription & Pricing. You can set monthly subscription tiers, bundle discounts, and special promotional prices. We recommend starting between $5-$20/month and adjusting based on your content value.

For Fans

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit and debit cards in some countries (with more being added continuosly) as well as (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe and select cryptocurrencies in some areas. All transactions are discreet and appear as "PrimaFans" on your statement.

Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once processed, as you gain immediate access to exclusive content. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.

Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired cards, or your bank flagging the transaction. Contact your bank to authorize payments to PrimaFans, or try an alternative payment method.


Content & Features

Posting Content

What's the maximum file size for uploads?
Photos: up to 25MB per image. Videos: up to 2GB or 60 minutes in length. For longer videos, consider splitting them into parts or using our live streaming feature.

Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes! When creating a post, click the calendar icon to schedule it for a future date and time. This is perfect for maintaining consistent content when you're busy or traveling.

How do I create pay-per-view content?
Toggle "PPV" when creating a post and set your price. This content requires an additional one-time payment from subscribers to unlock. Great for premium, high-value content like full-length videos or exclusive photosets.

Can I offer free trials?
Absolutely. Go to Settings > Promotions and create free trial campaigns (3, 7, or 30 days). This is an excellent way to attract new subscribers and showcase your content value.

Messaging & Interaction

How does private messaging work?
Both creators and fans can send private messages. Creators can set message pricing (free or paid per message) in Settings. Fans pay the set rate to initiate conversations with creators who have enabled paid messaging.

Can I send tips to creators?
Yes! Click the tip icon on any creator's profile or post. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom tip. Tips are a great way to show extra appreciation for content you love.

What are live streams?
Creators can broadcast live video to their subscribers in real-time. Enable live streaming in your creator dashboard, set it to free or ticketed entry, and interact with your audience through live chat.


Safety & Community

Reporting & Safety

How do I report inappropriate content?
Click the flag icon on any post or profile, select the violation type (harassment, spam, illegal content, etc.), and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

What content is prohibited?
We prohibit illegal content, non-consensual material, content involving minors, extreme violence, hate speech, and harassment. Review our full Community Guidelines for detailed policies.

How does PrimaFans protect my content?
We employ digital watermarking, screenshot detection, and DMCA takedown services. If your content is leaked or stolen, our legal team assists with removal requests and potential legal action.

Can I remain anonymous as a creator?
Yes, you can use a stage name and don't need to reveal personal information. However, identity verification is required for payment compliance, and withdrawls (kept strictly confidential) and a verified account badge.


Technical Support

Troubleshooting

Why won't my video upload?
Check your file size (max 2GB), format (MP4, MOV*, AVI* supported), and internet connection. Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser. If issues persist, try compressing your video.

The site isn't loading properly. What should I do?
Clear your browser cache and cookies, disable browser extensions temporarily, or try accessing PrimaFans in incognito/private mode. Ensure you're using an updated browser version (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

I'm not receiving email notifications.
Check your spam/junk folder . Verify your email notification preferences in Settings > Notifications to ensure they're enabled.

Can I use PrimaFans on mobile?
Yes! PrimaFans is fully responsive on mobile browsers. Simply visit primafans.com on your mobile device. You can also download the PWA app from your browser for higher performance. We're also developing native iOS and Android apps (coming soon).


Account Issues

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. For creators, ensure all pending payouts are processed first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after 30 days.

My account was suspended. What do I do?
Check your email for details about the suspension reason. If you believe this was an error, submit an appeal through our support portal with relevant information. Appeals are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

How do I verify my creator account?
Upload a government-issued ID and a selfie for identity verification. For enhanced verification (recommended for top earners), submit additional documentation. Verified badges increase fan trust and visibility.


Creator Growth & Tips

How can I grow my subscriber base?
Post consistently (aim for daily content), engage with your subscribers through messages and comments, promote your PrimaFans profile on social media, offer limited-time promotions, and deliver high-quality, exclusive content that provides real value.

What's the best content strategy?
Mix content types: regular posts for subscribers, occasional PPV for premium content, use polls and questions to boost engagement, and host live streams to build personal connections. Listen to your audience and create what they love.

Can I collaborate with other creators?
Yes! Cross-promotion and collaborations are encouraged. Tag other creators in posts, create joint content, and participate in creator shoutout exchanges to expose your profile to new audiences.
